Zaros wasn't actually involved in main God Wars Dungeon. Instead the actual God Wars started after Zaros died. The fight for the Godsword began when the armies stumbled into the temple in which Nex was imprisoned. Nex managed to escape her trap by their activities.

She started destroying everything and everyone around her, and the 4 factions joined together to entrap her with the Frozen Key. This time, everyone got one quarter. Personally, I'm hoping that the next God Wars Dungeon doesn't look similar to the one from 07scape. It's the exact same concept but it's located in the middle of nowhere.

I wasn't discussing the original God Wars Dungeon. I was talking about the second Gielinorian (or the main God Wars) God Wars where Zaros's group took part even though Zaros was in absence as he had lost most his power and has no body. I was asking "What other gods were involved?" (in the main God Wars)." Sobend's query.

They don't necessarily have to make a God Wars dungeon that's about past God Wars. Maybe they just want to make a dungeon to support the current God Wars. It could be connected to Tuska's global event.

Based on what I've learned, it appears that it's going to be the most significant world event to date and could even be more long-lasting than the two previous events. They even mention "there's going to be some massive, long lasting ramifications to the world" which could very well mean they will change parts of the landscape and add new battlegrounds/dungeons.
