Yes, I was unsure if a recolour would also constitute an actual skin. I've always thought of reskins to be the same animations just having a different style, while a recolour can be called a color change.

LFR, normal, heroic, and LFR are all one set, with color changes. The only difference is the mythic set (and a few pieces) which are distinct.

Reskining uses the same skeleton but layers another skin over it. They are often similar to recolors (if the skin tweaks are not too major). They can also add extra bits and bobs.

The Iron Skyreaver is a normal rylak mount skeleton but adds some (extremely loud) jet thrusters to its wings as well as pieces of armor. This is the reconfigure.
