With over 40 years experience between them, brothers Lee and Paul Mullen specialise in bespoke and traditional building development, heritage projects as well as Disability Access Conversions.

L & P Mullen has a first class qualified and experienced team from groundworks up to complete finish, including plasterers and decorators, kitchen designers and fitters and landscapers. L&P Mullen has completed many single and double storey extensions, luxury apartments, summer houses, conservatories, barn conversions, house renovations, new house builds and many other projects. We only use fully qualified and reliable tradesmen and we are proud to say we have some of the best in the business. Projects undertaken by L & P Mullen range from £1.5m private houses with a swimming pool, gymnasium, cinema room and a full heating and security package, all integrated into a traditional style building, to roofing and landscaping, as well as smaller developments.

On the heritage side, L & P Mullen have worked on listed buildings, helping to renovate them back to their original state and bringing them back to life, using traditional methods and materials, as well as other techniques such as cobbling and dry stone walling, techniques that are hard to come by in today’s modern world.

All suppliers and products are sourced personally by Lee and Paul, ensuring that the best quality products are used within budget, and this includes the most up to date technology for products such as security and lighting systems. L & P Mullen offer a free quotation system for all projects.

L & P Mullen is committed to sustainable design and takes care to ensure that the building is designed and specified to minimise energy requirements. Their in house architect will advise customers on the most appropriate technology for their individual needs. Where appropriate, they will advise on procedures to achieve the various levels required on the ‘Code for Sustainable Homes’ and through BREEAM assessment for commercial buildings.

A ‘state of the art’ 3D design CAD system allows you to walk around the building before works have commenced, ensuring client satisfaction. Such is the standard of L & P Mullen’s work that a good deal of their current work is based on recommendation and repeat business.
