If you go to your Windows Settings, then System, and proceed to About at the bottom, what does it say underneath Device Specifications? The Processor and System Type lines will be the most important. Also relevant to understand. Same display of Settings -> System -> Around, but this time under Device Specifications, check if the System Type is listed as 32 or 64-bit operating system. PSO2 has a 64-bit Operating System requirement. Being it is a notebook, there is a possibility it's just 32-bit. If that is true, you will want to update it to 64-bit. This is completely free so long as you have a valid Windows license.

Ah, I remembered the details wrongly. Win10 never had a client purchaseable 32-bit version. You could never do a fresh install of windows 32 piece as a consumer. SEgA really should focus on their dying, 8 year-old source codes at the lanucher rather than creating a whole new fucking game. Like... it takes nothing to probably go through and make a launcher THAT DOESN'T yeets itself like the tweaker.

Pretty much what pika said, the ms store needs up to date windows to function correctly and is one of my main issues with it (besides uac locking down connections ). Recommend the steam version for less headaches. Seems like you do have the latest version. . .sorry, I was hoping that it would give advice, possibly an outdated version or something like that, but the issue obviously doesn't come from the OS variant itself.

I only hope that people don't become complacent due to that response and think everything will be fine when they don't voice their complaints. Its the specific same"We are listening" response I got when educating them on the forums not to discharge the SG scratch because it is (if the SG scratch recycle store rolled up), therefore I ain't actually holding my breath.

Not much will happen. I agree. There are numerous people who spent SG. Even if they had been to perform things like lower the cost of SG a ticket -- how could they compensate everyone who has already spent their SG? They should make an effort to implement more ways to gain SG. The implementing more ways to obtain SG is unquestionably what they will need to do. When you have a look in JP, they have so many tactics to obtain SG. An additional thing that they can do is prolong the duration of the scratch to 6 months, or better yet, one this one ends, release the original two scratches it had been made out of simultaneously and for 6 months each. They could only refund the SG gap? They keep a list of every scratch you pull. All it would take would be a simple arithmetic to determine how much to pay back individuals, if they choose to lower the price.
