It's high time to enhance the Super Bowl video game. While the announcers try to set the scene with how big the juggernaut match is in the lead-up to the game, the actual game never really feels like it's a Super Bowl. The lack of quality presentations and some of the overall Super Bowl aesthetics like the patches and logo leaving many things to be desired makes it seem like an exhibition match , rather than one of the most significant games of a player's life.

One of the most exciting features added to the Madden games over the last few years is its story mode, Face of the Franchise. While the game has brought some fascinating ideas through the years, it is yet to fully realize the full potential of this game.

The latest version adds the possibility for players to create characters and play at both high school and college levels. But, it could be much better than that and even allowing players full seasons on lower levels before moving into what is essentially Franchise mode, but with more story.
